Shipping policy
We ship from Cambridge, Ontario. All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days and are shipped with a tracking number. We ship via Canada Post, UPS and also use other carriers at times. You can choose which option you prefer when you check out.
U.S.A ~ Customers in the U.S.A are not charged any Canadian taxes (edited 2026: duty is being precharged and submitted on your behalf currently for customers, with the exception of some retailers). You may be responsible for duties and taxes when your parcel enters into the U.S.A from Canada. USA packages are shipped Canada Post, and will be delivered by USPS or shipped via UPS. You can track your parcel with your tracking number on their websites.
Tracking Number: Log into your account to view the status of your order and to get your tracking number to use with Canada Post. Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days and you should receive your order within 10 business days.
