Shipping, Pick Up, Refunds & Returns
Shipping: We ship from Cambridge, Ontario. All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days and are shipped with a tracking number and insurance. We ship via Canada Post and you can choose which option you prefer upon check out.
Please check your address upon checkout for accuracy. Healing Amber is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable, you are responsible for the subsequent delivery cost, and your order will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Healing Amber is not responsible for return shipping costs incurred due to addresses that have been incorrectly entered by the customer upon checkout.
Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number when your parcel ships. You can track your parcel with the tracking number you receive at www.canadapost.ca Most packages are recieved within 1-10 business days. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us to follow up with Canada Post.
Local Pick Up: Local pick up is available in Cambridge, Ontario at 738 Old Hespeler Road. You will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup with our hours.
U.S.A: Customers in the U.S.A are not charged any Canadian taxes. You may be responsible for duties and taxes when your parcel enters into the U.S.A from Canada. USA packages are shipped Canada Post, and will be delivered by USPS. When your parcel ships you can track it on both www.canadapost.ca and www.usps.com.
Returns/Refunds: Amber is a natural product with specks of dirt, air bubbles, insects and other unique qualities. No two pieces of amber are alike. Due to the natural material of our products, they can break when dropped on a hard surface. Please be careful with your amber.
Purchases through this website are eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. The exchange will be for the same size/design. We carefully inspect every piece of amber when we are packing your order for quality. Please contact us within 7 days if there are any issues with your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photo. If you did not purchase your amber directly through us, please contact your local retailer for their return policy as we are unable to verify and assist with other purchases.
